Fitbit Surge and Strava Sync issues when running

Hi there. Lately when I go for a run and then sync my surge. The km splits and total time are inconsistent between Fitbit and strava as per the attached image. Not sure how there can be a difference of .12 sec per km for the same run. (I'm only using my surge and data syncs automatically across to strava)

I have this issue as well. my run on fitbit surge was 5 km, but when it synced to my device it only appeared 4 km. so, where was my 1 km has gone ?
