Fitbit Tracker calorie adjustment on MFP

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I ran 1 hour today at a 9:43 pace, my Fitbit says I burned 599 calories from running and an additional 63 from walking throughout the day.  The Fitbit Tracker calorie adjustment on MFP says 390?  I'm confused?

@SunsetRunner Thanks for moving the post to the correct board.

@JuleeO Welcome to the Community! The calorie adjustment will be made when the total daily calorie from Fitbit is greater than your MFP total. If Fitbit projected a total less than your MFP then you'll see a 0 or a negative adjustment (if you have it enabled).

You can learn more about the calorie adjustment made on MyFitnessPal here.

Hope this helps.
