Fitbit Versa not syncing calories to Isalife app

I am getting an error on the Fitbit app every time it tries to sync...watch and app stats match but it won’t sync the correct number of calories burned to my Isalife app.  No problems the first month while using the Isalife app now calories do not sync..Anyone have any solutions??

I'd recommend to unlink your Fitbit account from Isalife app. If you're still experiencing issues after this, please contact Isalife directly for further instructions. 

To find the app developer's contact information, please visit the app store on your phone and see the app's description.
