I read the discussion boards, but my Runkeeper app is still not getting activities from my Versa 2 watch or Fitbit app. I have disconnected both as requested, but it is still not working.

Thanks for visiting the discussion board and for the steps tried prior posting. Since you've disconnected your Fitbit account from Runkeeper, may I know if you get an error message when connecting them? Have you made sure to regularly sync your Versa 2? Is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?
In the meantime, please carefully try the following steps to reconnect Runkeeper with Fitbit:

Thank you for your response. I went to runkeeper.com and the website wants me to download Fitbit Zip app. However, the RunKeeper store no longer has this app, and I cannot find it in Google Play Store. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for keeping me informed and for sharing more details about this matter. Let me clarify that our team hasn't developed an app called Fitbit Zip, the Fitbit app is the only one official. Since you were asked for this app when going to Runkeeper website, my best advice is to get in contact with them so they can take a look on their end and continue helping you to connect your Fitbit data to Runkeeper app. You can find their contact details here.

This is happening to me too. My Fitbit Account and runkeeper Account say they’re connected but no activities from my versa 2 show up in runkeeper. I’ve also tried disconnecting and revoking access and resetting up again and still they are not actually syncing.
