The information from Map My Walk is supposed to sync with Fitbit. However, the miles are much less on the Fitbit that the Map my Walk app after its supposed to have synced. Any thoughts as to the difference?

Hello @Feed7 not enough info. 

I believe that you have MMW linked to your Fitbit account and shows as a connected app on Fitbit. 

Did you use the Fitbit tracker or MMW to record your walk? If they are connected you can not use both apps, this will record two instances on both accounts.

@Rich_Laue Thanks for being around to help! @Feed7 Let us help you figure out what is going on.

 

The first thing to mention in this situation would be that the Fitbit information should be crossing over to MMW while no data syncs to Fitbit. Taking this into consideration we'd definitely need to know about the things @Rich_Laue asked about.
