Fitbit and MyFitnessPal not syncing

Up until a few weeks ago my Fitbit Force and MyFitnessPal  synced with each other within a few minutes. Now they do but it sometimes takes all day before the sync occurs which is frustrating me to no end. Anyone have any idea why? I have restarted my computer just to see if that would work, but still not happening any faster like it did before....

Sometimes updates between My Fitness Pal and other apps get stuck in a queue for a while. Had the same issue with them and the Jawbone Up app. Eventually, they see all these syncs sitting there and someone manually releases them. I am not having an issue but if it keeps happening to you start a thread in the MFP forums.

I am having the same issue as of late.  I have tried:

1. Shutting off fitbit app.

2. Shutting off MFP app.

3. Rebooting iPhone.

4. Reentering data in MFP.

The first time it happened it synced when I reentered the data.  The second time I waited for a couple of hours and it then synced.  This time I'm still waiting three hours and counting - breakfast synced this morning, but lunch did not.

Update: I entered some new dinner data and it synced with fitbit, but the lunch data is still not in there.  Strange that the breakfast and dinner would sync but not the data entered in between.

Most of the time the sync is virtually instant.

I can not get my MFP  and fitbit to sync.  Please tell me what I am doing wrong.  Also, every day I turn on my computer I need to unplug fitbit base because it is not syncing.  What is wrong with this product.

I am having the same problem.  I am showing all sorts of activity on my Force, however, MyFitnessPal doesn't want to update the Exercise numbers.  In other words, my net calories are way off!  I have logged well over 4000 steps on my FitBit, but MyFitnessPal has a big fat "0" in the exercise section.  SO FRUSTRATING!  This has recently happened to me.  It was working fine up until this week!

I have the same problem!  The Exercise is not being calculated on MyFitnessPal.  I have tried everything and no dice.  VERY FRUSTRATING!

Mine has been working fine recently. Have you tried removing the
connection between the two accounts and then reconnecting?

Is anyone else currently having this problem? As of a week ago all my fitibit steps would sync with MFP and then it just stopped working. I disconnected everything and reconnected but it's still not working. When my food and fitness is added on MFP that shows up on FitBit fine.

I've been having this same issue for over a week and I feel like I've tried everything....so frustrated! 😞

same problems as everyone else is citing.  Does FitBit make it difficult to use the MyFitnessPal so that you are forced to use the FitBit food data log??

I have tried revoking across and starting over several times but it still says I am connected to another account

I've had this issue in the past couple of days. Tried everything (relinking, revoking access, reinstalling both apps) but nothing is working. I guess now all I have to do is wait and hope the problem fixes itself 😞

So frustrating. Having both of them linked was a great motivation to track calories and exercise every day.

I missed actually disconnecting my Fitbit to relink it. I thought I had done this but I had not.
