I have my fit bit linked to myfitnesspal.

I don't want to eat the extra calories the exercise gives me.

How do I turnthis feature off?

Hello @Dhicks524, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. Note that your  Fitbit tracker is always watching, so the more you exercise throughout the day, the greater your calorie allowance will be.

If you don't want to eat the extra calories, perhaps setting up your own goal would be the answer. The following post will give you an insight of the directions.

Hope this helps. See you until the next time!
