Fitbit pulling in calories from multiple 3rd party apps

I use My Fitness Pal to log my calories and it sync's nicely with my Fitbit Charge 2.  My Fitbit pulls in my calories perfectly from MFP as well.  Now is where the problem comes in.  I also use another app, RealAppeal (a weight loss coaching program) that I have also linked to my Fitbit.  Fitbit is also pulling calories from RealAppeal so in essence, it is doubling my calories daily.  Is there a way to turn off the "write" feature from RealAppeal?  I still want to keep them linked and for RealAppeal to get the information from Fitbit, but I do not want Fitbit to capture the information from RealAppeal.  Thank you!

Hello @mb619, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I was reading you are having duplicate number due to an integration.

Many of the third party integrations are not developed by us and we don't have the control over this data or how it will be shared by these services.

However with some integrations when is asking permission to shared data, you can mark off some data that is going to sync among your accounts. Perhaps you can try to set up your RealAppeal again and turn off the option you don't want.

Here is an example:

Hope this helps and let me know if it works for you.
