Fitbit and strava not staying linked

Updated to charge 4, and now strava keeps disconnecting from Fitbit. I go through the motions on the strava app, allowing access it says they are linked, close strava app open Fitbit app to synch it go back to strava and it’s unlinked. Help me please!!!

It's good to hear that you upgraded to a Charge 4. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I would like you to log out from Strava and Fitbit, then clear cookies and cache. After this, follow the linking procedure again: 

1. Log in to your Strava account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration
2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.

I have an Ionic, I’ve downloaded strava and Fitbit stays authorized in the strava app, but when I authorize strava in the Fitbit app and then sync my watch strava always goes back to being unauthorized

I would like you to try the following procedure: 

- Please make sure you've done this procedure to connect Strava and Ionic 
- Once you've linked the accounts through the App Gallery, sync your Ionic 
- If you're still seeing the message mentioned above, then restart your watch and sync again 
- Leave the Fitbit app running in the background of the phone for the app to receive updated

This is happening to me too , I connect and when I go back in the connection has been removed. None of my runs are now syncing to strava
