For the past two days I have started my “run” on my Fitbit and started my MapMyWalk app on my phone. My Fitbit tells me to check the Fitbit app. But I do not see anything. I’ve noticed that the map is not showing up on my exercise activity so I’m assuming the apps are not syncing. HELP I like to keep up with my data. It already drives me nuts that my Charge 2 does not have GPS. I didn’t think t would be that important when I bought it.

Hi there @MoHatesusername good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! By the description you shared on your post, I'm assuming you are using connected GPS that require to use your phone along with your tracker to read your GPS data.
It is true your Charge 2 does not have GPS, although Connected GPS is an alternative to have this information. However it is possible the GPS is not connecting and it will explain why your activities does not display a map. When you see the error of "check the Fitbit app" try to restart your phone to refresh the connection between your tracker and the phone. Once your phone has initialized again start your run exercise.
If I'm correct, then MapMyRun is not causing this issue. The information your Fitbit account will be syncing with MapMyFitness programs is Distance and Calories; but MapMyFitness activity doesn't sync to Fitbit.
So in case the issue persists give it a try to the steps I suggested and keep me posted how it goes.
