Fitbit app and Strava not syncing

Hi - all my Charge 4 activities have synced to my fitbit app, but it’s not syncing to my strava app. Glancing at the community, is seems like a recurring issue. Is there a bug right now?

 

- I deleted & reinstalled my app

- logout & log in

Are your activities GPS based? All GPS activities are transferred to Strava because of Fitbit limitation.

Yeap all of them GPS based. Fitbit shows maps. I also used to sync gps based Fitbit activities with Strava previously. It’s just not working anymore

What type of activities are we asking about @Stravauser?

Only GPS recorded Walks, Runs, bike rides will be sent to Strava. 

 

I've also moved this thread to the 3rd party apps.

I didn’t know this! I tried changing the category on fitbit app and it synced. Thanks for sharing. I would prefer “outdoor workout” to be shared too though. I’ve been tracking my wakesurfing, and I categorize it as “surf” on Strava. Now I need to categorize them as “ride” on fitbit, when I think it’s more of a outdoor workout?
