I have an Mi smart scale that can not only measure weight but also BMI, body fat etc...
The app is also connected to Health Connect with everything enabled. I can see from the sync history that it is retrieving data from the app just fine.
Fitbit is also syncing inside Health Connect perfectly, but the weight info is never shown. Not even the most basic weight.
Do we just wait for Health Connect/Fitbit to fix this or is there anything that I can do to fix this?
Sincerely,

I have the same problem with BEURER smart scale. Fitbit App reads from Health Connect only 5 parameters : steps, distnc, floors, exercise and energy , but not weight measuring.
This is very disappointing 😐

Same problem with a Eufy scale. I can literally see the Health Connect entry from the Eufy app in the Fitbit Health Connect section but the weight data won't populate in Fitbit proper.
Best I can tell Fitbit doesn't sync any Health Connect data even though I have it set to read/write everything. For example there is a body temperature spot on the home screen and when I make an entry in Google Fit for body temperature I see the same issue. I verify it was written to health connect but never gets populated in Fitbit.

My Wyze scale stopped syncing with the Fitbit app beginning Nov 1. Tried revoking permissions and setting it back up again but it just will not sync no matter what i try. Noticed a banner on this site saying there's a sync issue being investigated, so hopefully they get it figured out soon

I'm experiencing the same thing with a Withings scale, but I doubt the scale brand matters. The data is clearly in Health Connect, and Google Fit displays the data and graph.
All settings I can find suggest that Fitbit should be reading weight data from Health Connect

It's sounding like the issue must be with the Fitbit app itself. I just realized the problem started immediately after the latest Fitbit app update, which was on Oct 31. I wonder if there's a way to downgrade to the previous version?

Same issue here. I have a Withings scale and health connect is syncing data to the Fitbit app, in a separate health connect section under "you", but it's not pulling through into the main weight tab in "today". What's the point of syncing the data if you can't get Fitbit to use your current weight in the today panel, or use features like trend lines etc, without having to click into a side panel?
Waste of time imo. Doesn't look like Google has any plans to fix it though. Sure they think it's fine as it is. Hint: it's not.

Having decided not to be lost and frustrated, I've bought Rehnpo scales wich was suggested by this community and it works perfect with FitBit ! Syncs are amazing and application is very cool. It costs me only 25€ and so I'm happy now.
Looks like this is the smartest way to solve the problem because fitbit support or devteam apparently doesn't read our whining or just don't want to fix these obvious bugs!

I managed to do it with the withing scale following this old thread

It worked, thank you! The interface is wonky, but it works. I had been trying to sync this forever - very frustrating.

I have several months of weight data from Samsung Health that has been added to Health Connect, as I can see it on Google Fit so it does exaist. It's just not showing at all in Fitbit which is quite annoying, as I am looking to switch apps and will have to manually go through and renter everything. At least I only have a few entries a month that I would need to do.

Hi PatQQ,
It sounds like you've already done a great job setting up the connections, but the weight information still isn’t showing up in Fitbit. Here are a few things you can try:
Check Fitbit Settings: Sometimes, even if everything is synced, the app settings might need a little tweaking. Make sure you've enabled the syncing of weight data specifically within the Fitbit app settings, as sometimes specific data points need to be manually selected.
Reauthorize Health Connect: Although Health Connect is syncing with Fitbit, sometimes it helps to disconnect and reconnect both services. This can refresh the data flow between them.
Force Sync in Fitbit: After checking settings and reauthorizing connections, try manually triggering a sync from Fitbit. Go to the Fitbit app and swipe down to force a sync.
Update the Apps: Ensure that both Fitbit and Health Connect are running the latest versions, as app updates often fix bugs and improve syncing between services.
Clear Cache/Storage: If the issue persists, clearing the cache or storage for the Fitbit app may resolve any glitches. You can do this from your device settings under Apps > Fitbit > Storage.
Wait for Updates: If none of the above solutions work, it might be an issue on the backend that Health Connect or Fitbit will need to address in an update. Keeping the apps updated will ensure you get any fixes they release.
Hopefully, one of these steps helps! Let me know if you need further assistance.

As far as I know, it will not import in Fitbit the past datas
