Fitbit app not syncing with device or 3rd party apps

My exercises haven't been syncing right since the end of August. Support has not been helpful, none if the troubleshooting works.

Just chatted with support too and they are useless honestly. To add on to this, Peloton sync has not been working for a month or more. The peloton will send it to strava, but the strava sync to fitbit doesn't work either so this definitely feels like a fitbit issue but Google just tells you to reach out to them.

I sync with a 3rd party app, LoseIt.  It has been off and telling me I have an exercise bonus,  I then tried to stop syncing some data, and now it says I already burned 589 calories from 8 steps.  I reached out to Fitbit on the app, and have heard nothing,  It's been broken since August 30th.  They are about to lose me as a customer, there are lots of other devices out there 😞
