Hello @Susanport999, good to see you around. If the issue still persist please revoke the access of Strava, by going to the application settings. After this, try again to link both accounts:
- Visit http://strava.fitbit.com/ and click Connect.
- You'll be prompted to log into your Strava account.
- When prompted, authorize Strava to connect to your Fitbit account and follow the onscreen instructions.
Keep in mind that the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:
- Non-GPS activities
- Previously completed activities
- Duplicate activities—that is, if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync.
I'm sure the issue was resolved but if still persist, keep me posted how it goes.

It was almost instantly uploaded to Strava prior to the permission change of a couple of days ago.
I've followed the above, though no permission asked to access my Strava account. Maybe due to being logged in on app. But I certainly wasn't asked anything that you have mentioned above.
I'm a premium user of Strava, paid member and if fitbit isn't going to upload to Strava faultlessly, then the premium Strava is a waste of money or is the blaze not fit for purpose and do I return it for a refund and buy a Garmin tracker.
I'm pushing my heart rate into the top zones for my age and I want to know what's going on with my heart rate, more so because I'm nearly 50 years of age.
It's disappointing not to have your training stats at hand when you finish your workouts
Come on fitbit, what's going on with the syncing issue just now?

It's useless to simply revoke the Strava, Fitbit permission on the fitbit Web page, you also have to revoke the permission in Strava as well.
Do this then go to the http://strava.fitbit.com/ page. Follow instructions and now you will see the log in page etc.
Regardless of doing this, we're now 4 hours on from I stopped recording my activity and my data still isn't showing on Strava.
I've logged out of both accounts and back in again. Restarted my mobile phone several times, all to no avail.
Data transferred into fitbit app OK, it's just not syncing over to Strava!
