Fitbit calories burned overstated

I am concerned that my Fitbit HR is sometimes overstating my calories burned, and transferring overstated calories to myfitnesspal. For example, on Saturday I played 2-1/2 hours of tennis, recorded 15,661 steps and burned 2,810 calories - this is probably correct. Yesterday, I took a 1/2 hour walk and was otherwise mostly at my desk working. Fitbit recorded 13,641 steps (probably correct) but 2710 calories burned?

On Saturday Fitbit transferred a 892 calorie adjustment to myfitnesspal - appropriate for a tennis day. But yesterday, Fitbit transferred two adjustments - one for 591 and a second adjustment for 797, makes no sense.

I rely on Fitbit to be consistent......is there a fix?

Thanks!
