Fitbit constantly disconnecting from Humana

My Fitbit account has been getting disconnected from my Humana Vitality account for daily for the last week.  I reconnect through Humana to my Fitbit account and most of the data gets synched.  What does not automatically synch gets manually entered by Humana after I email them screen shots from Fitbit showing my activity. 

The support staff at Humana tell me that they are getting a disconnect notice daily from Fitbit.  Has anyone experienced this or have any idea how to correct it?

Yes I am experiencing the same disconnect. did you contact fitbit?
