Fitbit dashboard not synching with Fitstar

I can't get the fitbit dashboard to synch with fitstar at all. I had the app on my ipad, so that I could do the workouts, but no matter what I do, I can't get fitbit to see those workouts. I took the fitbit app off the ipad and only left fitstar. I tried to revoke access to fitstar from the fitbit settings, but I get an error that there is a server issue. I created a username and password on fitstar, and this didn't help. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Or at the least, how to revoke access to fitstar through the fitbit website? Thanks in advance!

It's nice to see you around @Koda1021! Well if you're using a Fitbit app I was wondering if you have checked that you're running the latest version of your Fitbit app? check it and let me know how it goes after. Woman Wink

Charge HR. Figured it out I think. Can't use Fitstar app. Have to log on to fit star thru Fitbit.

Does anybody have a solution to this problem?

I'm having the same issues. I'm on iOS. I downloaded Fitstar and signed in by using my Fitbit account.

After completing workouts I was expecting to see them automatically in Fitbit, but nothing shows up.

Hi everyone, have you tried revoking access and they try linking Fitstart with Fitbit?

Yes, I actually tried that earlier today. I can only revoke and link through Fitbit and not the other way around. This is because my Fitstar profile is created through Fitbit.

So I can't "unlink" in the settings tab in Fitstar.

Thanks for the details @SaylorMan. My best suggestion would be to contact Fitbit Customer Support directly; they'll check your account to see if your FitStart is properly linked with Fitbit and how you can connect both apps. Don't lose the hope yet my friend!
