Fitbit data e.g steps, run not sync to Runkeeper

I’m having issues with sending data from my Fitbit to Runkeeper.

I would like to see steps, run, calories, distance captured from Fitbit to Runkeeper but nothing is coming through. I’ve already selected in the Runkeeper app to be connected to the Fitbit where I logged in and choose to write all (all that were available) data to Runkeeper.

Any help or advise would be great.

From Fitbit to Runkeeper:

• Calories
• Sleep

From Runkeeper to Fitbit:

• None

Also I'd recommend you check on this article, How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.
