Similar issue, fitbit auto sync to Strava broke after 2-3 years of working just fine. Changed from fitbit login to google login last year ok. Mid  January auto upload link stopped working. Tried changing to same login email as new google login. Found a Strava free trial had auto renewed in to paid sub about the same time. Tried unlinking and relinking, tried unlinking, deleting, reinstalling and relinking. Tried going back to previous email login. None of these worked except manually exporting from fitbit and manually uploading to Strava but life's too short for so much faffing about every activity so will just delete Strava if no resolution, waste of time and regret getting another fitbit device.

Really disappointed if the case. Even more p***ed off they can't be bothered to present this response instead of us all wasting hours of time trying to find an answer when they've killed the access in the first place.

I have had same issue since early Jan. And no email trail from Fitbit when they told me check Strava. Finally hearing back from Strava who say it sits with Fitbit?

Now Fitbit going to take higher. I commented in chat its happening with more then one person. Whats going on?

Yes @LeanneE18 as mentioned above, Fitbit is responsable for the sync. It is possible that Strava's API isn't working.

I checked, my last weeks walk did get synced to Strava. My youngest brothers walk yesterday mourning synced, so did last weeks bike ride. Last week other brothers bike ride (with 1500 feet in elevation) also synced to Strava.

Things seem to be working for us 3. The only direct suggestion we can give is to revoke Strava, then reconnect.

To revoke, open the Fitbit App - Tap your icon in the top right - My Settings - Manage Access to Data - Manage Access to Apps - Strava - Revoke

Now reconnect by going to https://strava.fitbit.com/

Strava support https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216918087-Fitbit-and-Strava

The other recourse would be to Contact Support

So going to try something else. Instead of revoking access in both and the reconnecting I'm leaving revoked for 2-3 days and then will reconnect and see what happens.
