Fitbit doesn't show connected to Microsoft HealthVault

Has anyone had issues after the new firmware update. Where the Health Vault is showing connected to the fitbit. But the fitbit is not showing connected to the Health Vault and it is no longer sending information to Health Vault.

Welcome to the community @Texan! Thank you for sharing your experience. I recommend unlinking your Fitbit account from Health Vault app. You may want to try to link your accounts from the Fitbit Site

I am having issues also with information going to MS Health Vault. I actually just noticed yesterday it has not sent information since April of this year!! Any advice or help?

The link in your post goes to Fitbit partners, Healthvault is not listed.

Welcome to the Community @ZumaRocks! Sorry for that, try this link https://www.healthvault.com/us/en. You'll be able to link your Fitbit and Healthvault apps from there!

Thanks for the reply Vivian. From the dashboard, I was able to get there by going to Settings, then Sharing.

Is Fitbit <> MS HealthVault connection available only in the US? I am trying to connect the two here in the UK (as MS forces me to use the .co.uk domain). I can see Fitbit among the partner apps in HealthVault, but when I try to connect to it, it simply diverts me to the partners page.

Any help, please? :))
