Fitbit doesn't sync with Lifesum

I was so happy when I got my Fitbit a month ago and all my activity synced to my Lifesum app. Today it suddenly doesn't work anymore. It says in both apps that they are connected, but the information from Fitbit just doesn't appear in Lifesum.
I have deinstalled both apps, reinstalled, turned on and off, but nothing helps.
I have an iPhone 6 and the apps are updated.
Do you have any advice?

@monasc Welcome to the Community! Currently, Lifesum isn't in the list of supported apps. I would contact Lifesum to see why there's no information syncing, as you mentioned it was.

Hope this helps.

Ok, I contacted Lifesum, but they couldn't help. It might have something to do with the latest iOS update, as I lost the connection after that.
Is it in the future plans for Fitbit to support Lifesum?

@monasc Thanks for getting back! I would like to know what Lifesum told you when you contacted them since I would like to follow up.

Looking forward to your response my friend! Smiley Happy

I just got a Charger 2 and would also like it to work with Lifesum on my iPhone 6S running iOS 10.  I will wait until I hear that people have it working before I try again.  I will also contact Lifesum to tell them as well.

I went back and tried again to connect them and it appears to be working for me.  I missed doing a step.

Hi, they asked me to send screen shots of Fitbit dashboard and Lifesum taken at the same time. I did, but the only reply was that they could not help, since this was an unknown issue. Now I just transfer calories from Lifesum to Fitbit manually. That works as well.
