When I sync with the Weight Watchers App I'm getting Fitpoints for my total number of steps PLUS the tracked walks that make up the total steps. How do I rectify this?

OK - I had posted this, but I am getting the doubling again....so perhaps disregard. I can't figure out how to delete....

Does your WW Activity list points for your steps PLUS points for "Fitbit Activity" now? I had this start two weeks ago - doubling my activity points. I complained to WW twice, with no help. Yesterday, I spoke with someone really sharp on the WW App, and this is what we found.

Go to your FitBit App, then click on Account. Does it show your Fitbit (Charge HR for me), PLUS "mobile tracking". Mine did. I deleted the mobile tracking. Then I logged out, cycled the power on my phone, and then logged back in.

It didn't fix the prior activity, but it did stop the double posts as of today.  Hopefully mine is fixed.

See if that helps.

I know we have a solution, but I just finished talking with WW as of 03-30-2018 and we figured out what is happening.

If you go to your FitBit App, tap track exercise, and go to the gear (settings) in the top right you will go to the "Exercise Goals" screen, at least on Android, though I am sure there are other ways to this screen.

From there what you will see is that for walk, run, outdoor bike, elliptical, sport, and aerobic workout your fitbit is setup to automatically count those as a workout if done for 15+ minutes. What then happens is your Weight Watchers App if linked will pull in your steps and recorded activities. It's unfortunate they can't net the two, which is what I hope Fitbit does in the background, but somehow doubt as I always overate before WW because the Fitbit calories burned were always 10-15% higher than they actually were based on my observations.

I'm still looking at how to tweak this to get it to be as accurate as possible, but if you're like me and use the WW App to track consumption and Fitbit only for activity and nothing else (I technically have a scale so my weight gets ported over too) then the easiest thing to do is go into FitBit and just delete the walks since you aren't using their calorie estimate anyways. WW will resync with your Fitbit and should remove those double counted activities. I think I am just going to turn off auto recognized exercises or bump up the minimum to 45 minutes to an hour since most of the time I don't wear the FitBit for really strenuous stuff and just record it afterwards.
