Not sure if Fitbit support even checks this forum but any data sync to Strava is still not working for a lot of people.
I have opened so many tickets and its always the same automatic reply - remove and readd connections which we all know does not work.
time to dump this device and get a garmin watch.

@LizzyFitbit Do you work for Google/FitBit? Because based on your replies this is the type of generic response that everyone here who has this issue has been getting back since Nov 2022.
I would say its nearly insulting to tell continue to tell customers to manually download and import activity files ourselves when absolutely nothing has been done to fix this. Tell us what has been done so far? Who is working on this? why does it work for some people and not others. The issue is so easy to reproduce you have 100s of people telling you they have the exact same issue.
I see you closed my other thread where everyone was told the same basic steps to remove the sync permissions and re add them. And that only GPS activities will sync. Can you and Google/FitBit understand we are a highly educated bunch of customers who understand the technology and we just want it to work the way its advertised.
That doesnt matter to me anymore I have stopped thinking this will ever get fixed. Time to move on to a different device.

Hi everyone.
Thanks for replying back and sharing your feedback. I understand where you're coming from and while currently I don't have a time frame when this will be fixed, please know this is an issue our team is working on. Your comments are appreciated and we'll continue to monitor the situation, as well as keep our team informed of the impact to all our members.
@ilaudor In regards to your other question, we closed the other thread as it was related to an old issue experienced before. This will also help us to keep the topics discussed in the forums organized, and be able to update you with any information that we have.
