Fitbit from weight watchers doesn't clear previous data

Doesn't clear every day. When I pick it up already has stuff on it. How do you clear it?

Hello there @Gadair, nice to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! Just a heads up, since you mentioned Weight Watchers, I have moved your post to our Third party forum since the topic align more with the content of this board.

 

You mentioned the information doesn't clear every day. Is this happening with the Fitbit app or with your Weight Watchers account?

 

Keep in mind activities tracked by your Fitbit tracker will be converted to activity "PointsPlus" and credited to your Weight Watcher's account. If your tracker is picking up activities early in the day this data will be sent to your Weight Watchers account.

 

If this is not the case and this issue is related to the Weight Watchers account try to contact WW support.
