Fitbit is not sycning with Lose it

I have lose it premium and a fitbit app and a recently purchased fitbit charge 4. Why do the apps refuse to sync. My sleep and weight doesn't go from fitbit to lose it. My foods don't go from lose it to fitbit. How is this experience so gd complicated and buggy.

Thanks for the details shared on your post. If you haven't tried yet, please try the following:

 

  1. Make sure your Charge 4 is syncing with your Fitbit account. For troubleshooting syncing, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
  2. Unlink the app from your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to my Fitbit account?
  3. Reconnect the app with your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
