Fitbit is showing that's connected to another MFP account

I keep going to FitBit online to revoke access to MyFitnessPal. I go back to MPF to add my FitBit, but I keep seeing that "it is connected to another MPF" although it does not show any connection.

 

What can I do?

@Micaela0909 It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for letting me know the message you're receiving when trying to connect Fitbit with MyFitnessPal. 

 

It usually happens if you previously had another MFP account linked to Fitbit and now you created a new one. I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to unlink any MFP account linked to Fitbit: 

 

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon 
     

    Settings > Applications.

  2. Click Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.

Also, you could follow the unlink procedure from MyFitnessPal too:

Mine is the same, I've wasted hours this morning trying to get them connected. MyFitness Pal hasnt got anything connected however when i go back into connect them both I'm getting the same error message.
