I went for my first run with my Fitbit Versa. I had my Fitbit synced to Strava. When I completed the run it did not show up on Strava. I also can’t see the route on Fitbit despite having GPS activated. All it shows me on my Fitbit is pace and heart rate and calories.
No km split
No route
What am I doing wrong? Was my best run as well!

A warm welcome to the Community @ElanG.
I am sorry to hear that your watch isn't syncing to Strava and wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Versa board to the Third-Party Integrations board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this.
Now about your issue, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there. Also, check the help article How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()
