Hello,

 

It appears that with the new update, Fitbit no longer carries my running info to my other apps, specifically Strava. I also participate in a lot of reward programs for running miles, which sync with Strava only, but manual entries do not count. Now I’m not getting credit for my miles either.

 

i have already tried to reset my Strava/Fitbit connection, but that doesn’t appear to have worked.  Any assistance in getting this working again would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I am sorry for the delay in respond. I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Blaze board to the Third-Party Integrations board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this.
