Hello,

Since there still is no working Fitbit-app for BlackBerry I used to be happy with the next best thing: the Mobile website from Fitbit.

Ever since the last update I can not use m.fitbit.com anymore. Yes the homepage looks cool, but that's it.
I am very disappointed and hope Fitbit build or re-upload the formar mobile website again, or -better yet - finally provides a proper BlackBerry-app. ( even an adjusted Android-version is better then this) .
Thank you in advance!!!

I'm sorry that you're having trouble accessing the mobile site. Can you provide any specifics regarding what you've encountered? It does appear to be working properly for me, but I'll be happy to offer troubleshoots if you continue to have trouble with it.

Hello Matthew,

Thank you for reply.

The homepage looks part old part new ( I now also see "today's activity" and "distance" on there. Also the option to add Fitbit Mobile to my Home screen. )

If I click on both options for "activity" and/or " weight" I each time go to the normal computer website and have to log input there.

If I click on the two "food" options I get an error 404 screen saying " Uh-oh we've lost you. We cannot find the page you're looking for....(etc)

And the add-to-homescreen-option? That gives a "we're sorry" -pop up screen...

I would love to have the old mobile site back because it's far from fun to enter food etc on the computer website with your phone...

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanx in advance!

@SunsetRunner I've done a bit of investigation, and it appears that the mobile site at that address is in the process of being phased out. This is the cause for the broken links, and I expect that login will be disabled in the near future.

I know that you've already submitted a suggestion for a Blackberry App, and I would encourage everyone to voice their favor and comments there to let our team know that htere is interest. You've got my vote on that, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

(Any idea how many votes that should be Matthew? I saw that the window app had about 25...)

With the mobile site being phased out and a VERY unfriendly website, I might look at the competion. I considered upgrading to the FORCE, but now, why bother. The reason I went with Blackberry is for it's security. I don't want a sideloaded Android app.
