Fitbit not posting all the steps on the Humana Vitality website

I synced my fitbit with Humana Vitality. Some of the steps are not being posted when Fitbit  synk. Help

I am having the same issue.  There was one day last week that my steps didn't show up.  I sent a message to fitbit help and they told me to reset my fitbit flex.  I had a flex the first time the steps didn't sync correctly.  I have since upgraded to a Charge HR and it was working fine all last week.  However, my steps have not uploaded correctly any this week (so far).  It's very frustrating!

mine too, it has not uploaded to Humana Vitality any from last week even though it has uploaded on the fitbit website

I am having the same problem.  You would think with all the uses trying to sinc to Vitality they would make it much easier.

I am having the same the problem with my Charge.  Its not sync all my steps with Humana and I am doing the 15 day dash Challenge.  I need HELP!!!!!!

I am having this issue now. Nothing syncing with Humana Vitality since 4/23/2016. Looksl ike all of these issues were from a year ago. Was there a resolution?

I am no longer with humana vitality but at that time, it took them about one week to fix it and you did get all your steps reinstated Grace Tuju
