Hi All,
Would anyone be able to help me with my Alta. I recently changed MyFitnessPal app log in and I revoked the old log in app from the Fitbit dash but it still will not sync the changed one. I signed out of both apps, and it still will not sync and gives a message about not being able to have one FitBit on two accounts. Is there any way to somehow restore the Alta?

A warm welcome to the Community @Rmull1515! I would like you to make sure that you unlink Fitbit successfully from MyFitnessPal. After this, follow the normal linking procedure.

Thanks for those details @Rmull1515! In this case, I would recommend to contact MyFitnessPal directly so they can check what's exactly happening or which accounts you have linked with them.
