Fitbit not sync with myfitnesspal

I am having trouble syncing myfitnesspal and fitbit. The info from my fitness pal shows up in fitbit but not the other way around? I have restarted my phone, computer, and reinstalled both apps and still nothing. Thoughts??

@Jessica55 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! The only information that should transfer from MFP to Fitbit are logged foods and activities. Try to revoke the access from the app and then link them again. You should see the data correctly after doing this.

I am having the same problem. I have revoked access with both apps and uninstalled and reinstalled both. No luck. It did work for the first week I had this fitbit, though.
