I have my MFP and Fitbit app set to synchronize with each other. The issue I'm having is that when I use my Fitbit HR to record my exercise, they don't sync properly. The exercise gets recorded (usually) properly on the Fitbit app, but not sync to the MFP. If I then input it manually to the MFP app, it then shows up TWICE on the FitBit app.
Anyway I could set it up to sync from Fitbit to MFP, but NOT from MFP to Fitbit?

@jjfdvm72 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's weird that your exercise you do with your Fitbit, does not get transferred to MFP. I recommend evoking access from your Fitbit Dashboard and then re-link both accounts. This way the issue should get fixed.

 

If the problem persists, I recommend contacting MFP's customer service so they can investigate further.
