Fitbit not syncing correctly with Cronometer

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I use Cronometer as my food diary.  It had been syncing fine with Fitbit until a week or two ago.  Now Fitbit shows 2-3 times the amount of food logged in Cronometer.  Looks like other apps are also having the syncing problem.

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @whooooop84.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

In this case, I would recommend revoking access between Fitbit and Cronometer and connect them once again. For instructions, please visit this article.

Hope this helps.

I am also having this issue. I just moved from using MFP to Cronometer recently. Only once last week did it only show the one correct entry. Every day this week, I have to delete entries so that only one remains. I have revoked and relinked numerous times since I was testing out some other apps, but the problem has persisted.

Also, where can we make a request that FitBit allow Cronometer to send full nutrition data as opposed to just calories/macros? Cronometer says it's like that because FitBit doesn't allow other information, but I know that other apps are able to push more detailed nutrition data (specifically looking for Fiber and Sodium... I know you guys don't track Sugar).

I had the same problem.  Deleted Cronometer and Fitbit and reloaded them on my phone. Linked and unlinked the apps several times.  Withdrew permissions from Cronometer and re authorized several times.  Now instead of a false and exaggerated number of calories it is not uploading any calorie info at all from Cronometer.

Have linked and unlinked the apps multiple times, revokes authorization multiple times, and have deleted and reinstalled both apps.  Now no calories information is being uploaded to Fitbit.
