Anybody else having trouble with these two apps syncing today?

I've been having a lot of problems recently with my charge HR 2.

Firstly my watch quite often will not sync like it use to so my activity will not show on the app.

Secondly, I have my charge hr 2 linked to my fitness pal app. For unknown reasons this is now not taking what data fitbit has and showing what exercise I have achieved for the day. 

I have updated both apps. I have disconnected the bluetooth and restarted it and I have unlinked my fitness pal from fitbit to try and resolve the issue and it's still not working. Any ideas?

Hello @Sabrina._. Welcome to the Forums @Cazzas83.

 

I have merge both of your threads together as they pertain to the same situation.

 

In that case I'd recommend that you try disconnecting the two apps and then connecting them once again. That should do the trick so that everything starts syncing correctly once again.
