I have a syncing issue with my fitbit and trying to get it to sync to my Nutracheck app. It has synced before, but i logged out of my account and logged back in and lost the syncing to fitbit. I have tried revoking the Nutracheck access on Fitbit.com but it keeps saying 'there was a problem with revoking app'. My Nutracheck app says that accounts are synced but it does not show my calories or steps for the day. What am i doing wrong?? I also restarted both my fitbit device and Nutracheck app but still no joy.

Thank you for informing us about the difficulties you experienced with the integration between Fitbit and Nutracheck. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.
In this case, please try to revoke access from both Fitbit and Nutracheck apps. Then, please try to connect them once again. If there is no option to revoke access from Nutracheck or you continue having difficulties to see your calories or steps for the day, please get in touch with their customer support.
