Fitbit activity not syncing to Trainerize

Hi @NP93 as with most third party syncing, we can suggest revolving access to Trainerize, and setup the link. 

If this fails, the next step is to c brace Trainerize. 

In the fitbit app, tap the profile picture, Third party apps, manage apps. 

Please remember that the third party, is responsible for maintaining this link.

I am having the same issue. It was synching perfectly and all of a sudden stopped. My Trainerize trainer needs to see my activities. I have revoked access to Fitbit several times. I have logged out and back in to each app several times. Really need some help here.

Hi @WarriorKim since you have done everything that we or fitbit can suggest, the next serious to contact Trainerize.

I don't accept that response. The issue started Wednesday August 10 after Fitbit pushed an update through. There are several people in the same boat in another chat line about this same issue.

Well then someone needs to contact Tenderize and ask them to contact fitbit. 

Fitbit really will not about a third issue until the third party contacts then.
