I have been trying to connect my fitbit and bitmoji but I'm just getting a circle going round and it's not uploading it

According to the moderator (who posted on Aug 15, 2022) she stated “our team is aware of the issues experienced with the Bitmoji clock face and they're currently working to bring a solution to all our affected members” 

 

I would join that thread and participate in that forum. If a fix or solution comes out it would certainly be announced there.😉 Hopefully pointing you in the right direction helps
