How do you sync to MyFitnessPal? Mine not working.

Hello @sholmes81. Welcome to the community forums! 

 

Thank you for the detailed information. At this time, I'd recommend revoking access to MyFitnessPal and re-link your Fitbit account. For this, please follow the instructions below: 

 

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture. 
     
  2. Scroll down and tap or click Manage Data 
     
    > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.

To re-link your Fitbit account with MyFitnessPal, please follow the steps suggested here: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?

 

On a side note, I've moved your post to the Third-Party Integrations board to keep our forums organized.
