Strava does not show heart rate

When I register a training on Strava or start2run app it never shows my heart rate.

It is important to know my heart rate to know whether I improve or not.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Eldaya.

Thank you for your question.

Note the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:

  • Non-GPS activities
  • Previous activities that weren’t tracked by Strava.
  • Duplicate activities—that is, if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync.

Activities from Strava are synced over to Fitbit as manually logged activities but will not include GPS or heart rate data from Strava

Manually logged activities in Strava will not sync over, it needs to be a recorded activity (i.e. pressing the record button in the app).

I moved this thread to Third-Party Integrations board because it is more related to the topic.

Hi,

I'm using iphone 8 (ios 11.2) + apple watch 3 (watch os 4.2) with strava app installed on both item. I went out to ride with apple watch and using strava to record the activity. I found that the heart rate didn't show on the strava app on my watch, the heart sign keep blinking without any number shown. While the heart app on the watch was recored perfectly through the ride.

I was tried to erase all data on apple watch and re-paired twice with my iphone but there was nothing improved. The heart rate still not show on my watch.

Please help how can I do to make the app show the heart rate. Thank you very much.
