My fitbit charge 2 is synced with mapmyrun app. However, no data seems to be transferring over. Any suggestions?

@Joltinjay22 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your data isn't being transferred between apps. Try revoking the access from both apps (go to the apps area on your Fitbit account via website and remove MMR and do the same from the other app perspective) then relink them again.

I also am having this problem, with Map My Ride. I also could not get Strava to sync. Revoking and reconnecting does not solve the problem. Are there any other suggestions?
