Fitbit not syncing with My Net Diary food

Fitbit stopped syncing the food diary from My Net Diary on Friday March 4th.

I am having exactly the same problem.   The link between My Net Diary and Fitbit stopped working at 9.45pm ET on Saturday March 5th.  I have tried de-linking and re-linking, and also tried verifying the link.  Systems at both Fitbit and My Net Diary say the connection is working, but it isn't.

- Exercise and steps not going from Fitbit to MND

- Weight not going from Fitbit to MND

- Food not going from MND to Fitbit

Would appreciate some guidance please.

I've just started using MyNetDiary and it was linking fine for a few days with my FitBit app but now it has stopped syncing. I have revoked priviledges via FitBit and have also unlinked the FitBit via MyNetDiary to no avail...have also tried verify link in MyNetDiary but nada...any ideas? Thanks!

Looks like the three of you have the same problem. Have you checked at My Net Diary to see if anyone on their forums is having a similar problem?

Finally called Fitbit. Needed to revoke the link while on the Fitbit website. Then go to the MyNetDiary website and establish the link again as from the start. That worked. For the Fitbit App, I had to sign out and back into the Fitbit app have all the info sync up.

I've done all of this twice and still no luck. Last sync was Saturday morning...

Mine is suddenly working again this morning...apparently just took time to get them reconnected...anyway, I'm a happy camper again.
