Fitbit not syncing with MyFitnessPal

My Fitbit information is not syncing with MyFitnessPal app. I’ve attempted it several times from my mobile and from the dashboards. Please advise.

Hi @KateL1 if you have revoked and reconnected the two accounts, the next step is to reach out to Myfitnesspal.

I reached out to MyFitnessPal and they said they are aware of the issue.  I am having the same issue.

@KateL1 thanks for the details shared. I suggest checking if your Versa 2 is syncing properly, if not, you can find useful information in this link Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

If you haven't done yet, please unlink the MyFitnessPal app from your account by doing the following:

 

  1. Unlink the app from your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to my Fitbit account?
  2. Reconnect the app with your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?

Just as a follow up, there is now an update to MFP and steps are now syncing
