Fitbit not syncing with Virgin Pulse

I am surprised to see this whole page is full of people having problems syncing.  My have a new Versa 2.  I connected and disconnected 3 times.  It will not sync with VP.  Any ideas?  THanks.

@chalkfulla Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I appreciate the research done prior to posting. Fitbit will sync to your Virgin Pulse account. In this case, I would like you to make sure you've done this procedure to properly connect both accounts: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
