I'm having the same issue. Since 10/21.. been all over the app and we app. Don't know what to do

For instructions on how to connect your Fitbit account with Weight Watchers, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?". If you have linked your apps but they are not syncing, please remove the access between them and connect them once again.

 

I moved your post to a new thread since the previous one was too old.
