Fitbit not syncing with strava

Any ideas why my Fitbit is not syncing workouts with strava?

Ok, waiting overnight worked, this time.

My Fitbit to Strava sync has gone from immediatley : ) to a few hours, to overnight and now, days.

Please advise steps to take to try and address this Fitbit.

I'm pissed because I just bought my Surge last week, and it has never properly synced to Strava. I filled out the form they linked to in the above post, but I haven't heard back yet.

I've recorded several test GPS activities... Only one of them actually showed up in Strava on its own, but it was 15 hours later... with every other activity, I've just been impatient and manually imported the TCX file myself becuase I don't want to wait. No idea why it takes so long, Garmin Connect has always synced instantly with Strava. Beginning to question my purchase. 😞
