I'm trying to connect my Charge HR to WW. just replaced the 'one' -- which I ALSO had the same problem.
In the last post, I found no place on WW site that let me do this:
To give Weight Watchers access to your Fitbit data, enter your Fitbit account credentials and click Allow. When the accounts are connected you'll see a confirmation page.
Please help.
also, do I need to connect from the fitbit app, too?

@dunlop4 It's nice to have you here! You need to do this procedure from the computer, check this article which is the same that's in the post above; there are the steps you need to follow to link them.
Let me know if you're getting any error or you're not seeing the same as it's showing in the article.

Thanks so much I will give it a try. But my issue is that it says I'm already connected. I might have to disconnect and then reconnect. Thanks!

Followed instructions on the page and while not quite the same, I think that it worked. Now I have to charge my HR charge (for some reason that is funny to me, a charge only lasts about 30 hours) and see if I am indeed linked.
