Fitbit not tracking info from MyFitnessPal

Can anyone help me?

All of a sudden my Fitbit isn't tracking my info from myfitnesspal app. Also my dashboard don't seem to be updating the info either.   Thanks in advance

Hello @CindyLee1981, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering if you are referring to your Fitbit Dashboard is not syncing your tracker's data? Also what type of information is not tracking from your MyFitnessPal your Fitbit account?

 

If your are experiencing syncing issues since the Dashboard is not updating, this might explain why your MFP account is not showing your data either. So try the following post for more help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

 

If your Fitbit account is not receiving your MFP account, try to revoke the access and re-link your accounts. For directions on how to do this please take a look at this post.
