I have the two accounts synced and unfortunately my Fitbit isn't recieving the new data from MFP. I entered the food I ate today in MFP, but it does not deduct or record from my calories in the Fitbit Dashboard. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it?

I am encountering the same problem. It synchronized my data up to yesterday, added only my dinner today, and then deleted the dinner data. I have no calorie data synchronized today. I have tried syncing repeatedly and resaving data, but no success.

Had this same issue all day, but sometime this evening it magically changed and all my food data appeared.

So glad it isn't just me. Now I'm having issues with exercise logging, too.
I've unlinking and linking my accounts twice already, and I'm still having problems.

I'm having the same issue and I contacted Fitbit. They had me re-link. Since that didn't work they told me to contact Myfitnesspal's customer service to see if there is a problem on their end 😕

I checked on myfitnesspal's recenlty asked ?'s about Fitbit. A lot of people are having the same issue. I contacted Fitbit again, she said to clear my browser Cache. I didn't think that would work but it did. It didn't fix yesterday's but everything I have logged today does sync now.

I am going to move this topic from the Force forum to the Third Party Ingrations forum to get better exposure to your issue. Thanks!

[RESOLVED] In my case, i use MyFitnessPal App for Android. I clear cache of App and fix the problem, but it was necessary to enter in App and save a food posting in any unsynchronized meal. In my case, lunch and dinner only.

Yesterday after logging out of fitbit, unlinking Fitbit over in MFP then re linking then logging back in all was good apart from one entry so I deleted it in MFP and readded it and all is good again. Deleting my cache was my next step...
