How do I verify that my Fitbit force actually communicated with myfitnesspal?  Myfitnesspal does not appear to have been updated for the activity I did today.

Some users over on their community (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/520608-sync-issue-with-fitbit?page=3) have reported that if the sync stops working, you can unlink and relink, which appears to pull any missing data.
